Mr. Navarda Elliott is a Senior Information Technology Professional with over 14 years’ experience working within the private and public sectors. Adept as an IT professional, he has a solid track record of using research, analysis, strategic planning, and networking skills to successfully develop business initiatives whilst maximising profit, minimising cost and driving continuous change.
The holder of a B.Sc. in Information Technology from the Northern Caribbean University (NCU), Mr. Elliott is a strategic professional who deploys a participative management style in a fast-paced and diverse workforce.
He has served on the Jamaica Post and Telecommunication Audit Committee and currently serves on the Human Employment and Resource Training /National Service Training Agency Trust (HEART/NSTA Trust) Information and communication Technology (ICT) committee.
